James did a great job fixing our garage door. He was not only super nice and professional but he also diagnosed the issue quickly and was very clear about how he was going to fix it and what that would cost. Going forward he will be the guy we call if we ever have an issue with our garage door again!

Garage Tech of Bothell did a great job on our garage door replacement. They replaced the old brown 50 year old doors with new white, insulated doors. They came out promptly to give us an estimate and offered suggestions and answered our email questions promptly. The installer arrived on time, was courteous, got right down to work and cleaned up nicely. All in all a positive experience.
